Before your photoshoot, we will uncover your goals so that your final photographs can serve you for as long as possible, are versatile and scroll-stopping!
Preparing for your session shouldn’t feel scary! Which is why I send you everything you’ll need to get ready, including the outfit, prop and location guides, plus posing and relaxation tips so that your photography journey feels fun, easy and relaxed.
What does a Personal Brand Photoshoot involve?
Here is a step-by-step of your Brand Photoshoot Journey from our initial call to our post photoshoot chat, I’m with you every step of the way.

When I’ve received your enquiry, I’ll send you an easy link to book into my calendar for our consultation call.
It’s a chance to meet each other and for me to start learning about you and your work. We’ll also cover what to expect after our call, to help you feel prepared and excited for your session.

You can secure your booking by settling your first payment plan instalment.
Once this is received I’ll send over your Brand Questionnaire. This helps to delve deeper into your brand and helps to formulate the photoshoot plan which helps you to make the most out of your photoshoot on the day!
I’ll also send over a link to your inspiration board we will create together on Pinterest.

Once I’ve received your Brand questionnaire, I’ll start on the full creative direction of your photoshoot plan.
This includes helping you hire or decide on a photoshoot location, and creating a plan document to walk you through the day(s). The plan contains mood boards for each of the stories we want to capture, as well as a shotlist, schedule, and ideas for props and outfits.

Nervous before the session? I’ve got you! We will catch up around a week before the shoot to go over any last minute questions and queries, so that you have total peace of mind ahead of the session itself!
I also send over some helpful relaxtion tips and a handy checklist so you can have peace of mind before your photoshoot.

We’ll start slowly, usually going for a walk around our location, styling the first set-up, and checking outfits and props.
I will gently direct you throughout the session, favouring a candid-style of photography. Before you know it the photos will have been taken and you’ll be all done!

Your images be easy to access and download within 6 weeks of your session.

I want to make sure you get the most out of your images which is why we finish up (at a time to suit you) after your photoshoot to go through your gallery.
I will make suggestions on how to get the most value from your images in terms of posting on social channels and where to use them. If you have any questions for me, we can go over anything else together too.
Your branding is now all set and good to go!

Typically give around 8 weeks from when you book to your ideal date of receiving the photos.
It’s important to give time for us to discuss & plan your photoshoot whilst also booking locations and gathering together props.

Absolutely, most of my clients feel nervous in front of the camera which is why I pride myself on creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourself!

This depends on my schedule and depends on when you need your photographs. We would discuss this in our planning meeting but it’s usually within 10 days.
